What Should You Check Before Buying Used Heavy Equipment?

Hours, service history, hydraulics, undercarriage, leaks, attachments, electronics and overall condition can dramatically affect the real value of a machine. What do you inspect before making an offer?

I would think that tracks and tire wear things like this because these are specially tires and Equipment they would be expensive to replace manage and stuff like tha. What indicates something the tracks are worn out right, those can be pretty expensive.
