Synthetic Generated Information (SGI) Policy

1. Scope

Community.Action-Apps.com and the Action-Apps platform allow users to publish text, images, graphics, audio, video, links, comments, replies, and other materials. Some or all of that content may be created, modified, enhanced, summarized, translated, edited, recommended, or otherwise influenced by artificial intelligence, machine-learning systems, automated tools, or synthetic-media technology.

2. Assume AI May Be Involved

You should assume that artificial intelligence may be, and probably will be, involved in content available on this website. AI may contribute to written content, responses, images, illustrations, graphics, audio, video, captions, translations, summaries, code, recommendations, editing, enhancement, or other materials, whether the content originates on this platform or is shared from another platform.

3. AI Labels Are Not Guaranteed

Some content may be explicitly identified as AI-generated or AI-assisted. However, not all AI involvement can be detected, verified, or reliably labeled. The absence of an AI label does not mean that AI was not used.

4. No General AI Policing

We do not undertake to investigate, detect, classify, verify, fact-check, or police whether every item of user content was generated, modified, enhanced, or influenced by AI. We may moderate content under our Terms and community rules, but we do not guarantee that AI-assisted content will be identified or marked.

5. User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for the content they submit, publish, upload, link to, or share. Each user is responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions and for complying with applicable law, platform rules, and the rights of others.

6. Accuracy and Reliance

AI-generated or AI-influenced content may contain errors, omissions, fabricated details, outdated information, misleading statements, or opinions presented as facts. Users should independently verify information before relying on it for medical, legal, financial, safety, technical, business, or other significant decisions.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Media

Content may originate from or be influenced by AI tools and services operated by third parties. This includes image, video, audio, text, editing, social-media, search, and content-generation platforms. We do not control or warrant the methods, disclosures, accuracy, legality, or reliability of those third-party systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Community.Action-Apps.com, Action-Apps.com, and their owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers assume no responsibility or liability for user-generated, synthetic, AI-generated, AI-assisted, AI-modified, or AI-influenced content, including content that is not explicitly marked as involving AI.

Use of and reliance on content is at the user's own discretion and risk. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right, but do not assume a general obligation, to restrict, remove, disable, preserve, or review content when we believe it violates applicable law, our Terms and Conditions, community rules, intellectual-property rights, platform security, or the integrity of the service.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy as AI and synthetic-media technologies, laws, and platform practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
